PURPOSE: To increase the dispersibility of ceramic powder, lower the decomposition starting temperature in heat baking and obtain a ceramic slurry for forming green sheet, having small shrinkage factor after heat baking by using a blend obtained by adding polycaprolactone or an oxidizing agent to a polyvinyl acetal resin. CONSTITUTION: This ceramic slurry for forming green sheet contains a polyvinyl acetal resin, a polycaprolactone or an oxidizing agent, ceramic powder and a plasticizer. Dispersibility of ceramic powder to the resin is improved and decomposition starting temperature of the resin in heat baking is lowered by using a modified polyvinyl acetal resin containing at least one kind of hydrophilic group selected from the group of the formula (R is hydrogen or an alkyl group; M is hydrogen, lithium, sodium or potassium), a tertiary amine, a quaternary ammonium salt and a betaine as the polyvinyl acetal resin. |
