<p>PURPOSE: To suppress distortion in an oscillation output waveform and dispersion in an oscillated frequency with a simple configuration by allowing a bipolar transistor(TR) to conduct a charge current and a discharge current to/from a capacitive element to prevent saturation of the TR. CONSTITUTION: With a switch circuit S1 open and a switch circuit S2 closed, a capacitive element Ct is charged by a charge current Ic from a TrQ3 and a terminal voltage VC1 of the element Ct increases. When the voltage rises up to a high level threshold voltage VtH while being divided by resistors R1, R2, the circuit S1 is closed and the circuit S2 is open, then the switches are changed over. Then a discharge current Id is conducted through the TrQ4 and the discharge current Id is selected sufficiently layer than the charge current Ic, and the element Ct is discharged. When the voltage Vct decreases up to a low threshold voltage, the circuit S1 is open and the circuit S2 is closed and the element Ct is charged. A triangular wave with a prescribed frequency is oscillated by selecting charging/discharging of the element Ct depending on the voltage Vct in this way.</p> |
