PURPOSE:To enable the very easy notification of abnormality in a pump system and prevent beforehand accumulation of oil and grease and improve safety and make it easy to repair trouble by detecting the temperature of the cleaning water in a storage tank. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning means 15 is piped from a pump 7 and jets out cleaning liquid to a blower 6 and an oil and grease removal section 3. Control means 20 consisting of a microprocessor compares with a pump operation starting temperature a redetected temperature by a temperature sensor 14 when a certain time has elapsed after the detected temperature of the temperature sensor 14 has reached a temperature to start a pump operation in order to control the operation of a smoke exhaust device. If the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 14 reaches a pump operation starting temperature (about 65 deg.C), the control device 20 operates a motor 8 to drive a pump 7 and at the same time pump the operation starting temperature is stored and in t seconds (about 10sec) the detected temperature by the temperature sensor 14 is checked, and if it is higher than the stored temperature, it is judged that cleaning by the pump 7 is not being done, and this abnormality is notified by a reporting means 26 and at the same time electric power to a heater 13 and the motor 8 is stopped. |
