PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the timing extract conversion circuit in which a resonator and a strip delay line formed integrally and they are coupled through electromagnetic coupling so as to cope with high speed data transmission. SOLUTION: The timing extract circuit is provided with transmission lines 1, 5 formed on a board 7 to receive a pulse signal train or to send a clock signal, a coaxial resonator 2 with a resonator hole 4, and a strip delay lien 3 formed on an outer side wall of the resonator side wall. Then the resonator 2 and the strip delay line 3 are coupled with each other electromagnetically via a capacitance produced between them through a gap 6. |
