PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access code or security code setting method which can prevent the illegal intrusion into the prescribed data. SOLUTION: A base square basement 50 is prepared together with a code holding piece file which records the square basements 51, 53 and 55 and the color basements 52 and 54 on the basement 50 as a hierarchical graphic image. The digit elements are allocated to the X and Y axes of the basement 50, and the digit elements allocated to a selected double code holding piece and the block double code holding piece of the basement 50 set in the vertical direction are allocated to the selected double code holding pieces of the basements 51, 53 and 55. Then the codes are set base on the prescribed priority of the allocated digit elements and the 1st and 2nd area codes. In this setting mode, the positions of the code holding pieces are recorded and the basements 51, 53, 55, 51 and 54 are coaxially rotated for the basement 50. Then, new codes are set based on the prescribed priority of the digit elements allocated to the double code holding pieces and the 1st and 2nd area codes. The codes are inputted in a data access mode after every code holding piece is returned to its position set in a code setting mode based on the record of the positional relation of those code holding pieces. |
