PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle joint part which can eliminate a carry-over, in a suction mechanism which has a flow passage to let flow reagents and samples in plural pipes, and carries out the jointing of a pipe and a pipe by combining male screws and female screws. SOLUTION: A nozzle joint part furnishes stainless steel pipes 37 and 38; a cylindrical part 41 in which a through hole fitting to the outer diameter of a nozzle is formed in the longitudinal direction at the center of the end face, and a flat surface where one end face can be sealed is at least provided; and a hole with step in which a nozzle through hole is provided from one end surface in the same way, a hole fitting to the outer diameter of the cylindrical part 41 is provided from the other end surface, the cylindrical part 41 can be positioned at its hole bottom, a through hole with the diameter same as the hole from the end face of the stainless steel pipe 38, and the inner diameter of the stainless steel pipe 38, is opened, and a seal piece 40 is input by fitting its outer peripheral surface, in the condition pressing its end face having a smaller diameter to the seal surface of the cylindrical part 41. |
