PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve distribution accuracy by integrating a distribution nozzle and a syringe pump thereby to constitute a nozzle with a pump function, and moving the nozzle by a work device. SOLUTION: A cylinder 22a in tight contact with a nozzle part 21 and a piston 22b sliding back and forth in the cylinder 22a are set at a pump part 22, whereby a liquid is sucked and discharged to the nozzle 21. A screw groove 22c is formed at a rear end of the piston 22b to which a nut 22d rotated by a rotary machine 22e such as a stepping motor or the like is meshed. An electric wiring is connected to the rotary machine 22e, so that a control signal from a control circuit is transmitted to the rotary machine 22e. The rotary machine 22e rotates with a revolution number to apply a required stroke to the piston 22b. Accordingly, even if a surrounding temperature changes during a distribution operation, the amount of a gas present between the nozzle part 21 and pump part 22 is decreased and therefore distribution accuracy is improved. |
