PURPOSE:To provide dielectric porcelain composition for low temp. firing capable of giving a dielectric porcelain high in relative dielectric constant, large in noload Q and small in the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency. CONSTITUTION:A composition expressed by the general formula: x[(1-a-b)- BaO.aSrO.bCaO].yTiO2.z[-(1-c)RE2O3.cBi2O3] (RE is rare earth metal), and constituted so as to satisfy 10<=x<=0.20, 0.60<=y<=0.75, 0.10<=z<=0.25, x+y+z=1, 0<=a<=0.40, 0<=b<=0.20, 0<=c<=0.30 is used as a main component and >=0.1 pt.wt. to <=(18-62.5c) pts.wt. (where c<=0.20) or to <=5.5 pts.wt. (where 0.2<c<=0.3) ZnO-B2O3-Bi2O3 glass having a specific composition per 100 pts.wt. composition of the main component is incorporated therein to obtain the objective composition. |
