PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna having a dielectric card having three pairs of dipoles by designing the antenna in such a way that the dipole pairs resonate in different frequency bands. SOLUTION: The antenna is installed on the dielectric card 305 having three pairs of dipoles 301, 302 and 303. The dielectric card 305 is formed from Teflon containing epoxy and plastic with a small dielectric loss. The pairs of dipoles are designed to resonate by the different frequencies. When plural dipoles exist, the antenna can be used for executing radio communication by the different frequency bands. When one antenna card is used, a mobile computer can be operated in several frequency bands. The dipole elements 301A, 302A and 303A are electrically connected to a common trace line 311A. The dipole elements 301B, 302B and 303B are electrically connected to a trace line 311B.
