SOLUTION: This semiconductor device LS11 mounts the plural modules such as CPU modules CPU 1, CPU 2, etc., formed on a common semiconductor substrate SUB and is synchronously operated according to a common basic clock signal CK. In this case each modules are respectively provided with PLL circuits PLL 1 and PLL 2 receiving the basic clock signal CK, forming prescribed internal clock signals ICK 1 and ICK 2 and supplying them for corresponding internal circuit. |
