<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the flat color filter substrate which can eliminate projections originating from the film thickness of a black matrix and has superior flatness at an opening part. SOLUTION: Transparent resin 15 is formed not on the black matrix and then projections originating from the film thickness of the black matrix can be eliminated. Further, a base film, a cushion layer, and transparent photosensitive resin are laminated by using a transfer film where they are stacked in order, the base film and cushion layer are peeled, and the transparent photosensitive resin is optically set by being irradiated with an active light beam; and development is carried out and then parts which are not optically set on a light shield pattern are removed to form a transparent resin film other than the light shield pattern.</p> |
