摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost reduction and full automatization by computing actual temperature by the resistance determined from voltage and current trough a coil and a preset effective pattern, and control current, thereby performing temperature-control of the respective processes for varnish treatment by drip impregnation of the stator coil of a DC machine. SOLUTION: The respective processes of preheating, dripping, gelling, and curing required for varnish treatment by the drip impregnation of the stator coil of a DC motor is performed by means of an exciting method which takes a main-pole coil, a commutating-pole coil, and a compensating coil forming a stator as a coil 6 to be heated based on an effective pattern previously-stored in an effective pattern temperature controller 2. A DC power source 1 excites the coil 6 to be heated through a controller 5, current and voltage are detected by a detector 3, a resistance value is computed by a computing device 7, and actual temperature T is computed by a computing unit 8. The controller 5 controls current based on a deviation between the effective pattern temperature determined by a computing device 4 and the actual temperature.
