PURPOSE: A device for discharging a paper of a picture forming apparatus is provided to convert the discharge path of a paper through a simple work of selecting a print mode by a user, thereby improving convenience. CONSTITUTION: A device for discharging a paper of a picture forming apparatus includes a first stacker and a second stacker(10,30) loading the discharged paper, a first paper guide(20) guiding to discharge the printing paper to the selected stacker among the stackers, a second paper guide(40) guiding the paper to the second stacker or stacker for both-sided printing, an operating link(50) operating the paper guides, a solenoid(60) driving the operating link according to the selected mode, and a control part controlling the driving element to discharge the printing paper to the selected stacker.
