PURPOSE: A method for culturing mandarin fish using artificial rapids and a device thereof are provided, which makes the artificial rapids suitable for the mandarin fish and can supply the mandarin fish with an alive fish by making the fish moved into the main fish farm next to the fish farm for supplying to the mandarin fish. CONSTITUTION: The device for culturing the mandarin fish is characterized by being comprised of: a main farm for the mandarin fish(1) with a device for generating rapids; another fish farm(2) for feeds supply; a waterway(10) connecting the two farms, having a water door which height is controllable; and a slanted road for inducing the fish(15) installed at the upper part of the water door, formed a plurality of a horizontal bar for forming a water current by a water level.
