METHOD FOR SETTING ICC PROFILE FOR COLOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ICC(International Color Consortium) profile which suitably corrects a color image of a color liquid crystal display panel. SOLUTION: Values in the gamma curves for a green image and a red image are controlled to be almost equal to each other, while the value in the gamma curve for a blue image is made higher than those of the gamma curves of the green image and the red image in the medium luminance region.
