PURPOSE:To utilize a dead space in a double floor effectively by effecting the switching operation of a damper to introduce warm-air or cold air into an air passage and accumulate heat into a latent heat accumulating material. CONSTITUTION:Upon accumulating heat utilizing midnight electric power, for example, a second damper 31 is closed and a third damper 44 is opened to introduce warm-air or cold air from an air conditioning machine 27 into respective air passages through a first passage 28. According to this operation, the warm-air or cold air from the air-conditioning machine 27 is returned into the air-conditioning machine 27 from a third passage 43, then, flows into the air passage again from the first passage 28 while being moved through a circulating passage. During this period of time, heat can be accumulated into a latent heat accumulating material (partitioning member) 40 provided in a double floor 22. According to this method, a dead space in the double floor 22 can be utilized effectively. |
