PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance and efficiency, with smaller size and lighter weight, for high heat control efficiency. SOLUTION: A heat-radiation member 22 where a fin 222 is extended or shrunk is thermally coupled to an electronic part 21 which is housed in an equipment case 10. The extension/shrinkage of the fin 222 of the heat-radiation member 22 is interlocked with opening/closing action of a lid 16 provided to the equipment case 10 for opening or closing.
