PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal which can generate a function while interesting a user and a music information distribution system which uses it. SOLUTION: On an equipment body 2 of the portable telephone terminal 1, a keyboard 6 is arranged together with a rod antenna 3, a loudspeaker 4, a display part 5, etc. On the top surfaces of respective white keys 61, characters needed to input a telephone number composed of '1 to 0, *, #' are printed and the head characters of the respective series of the Japanese syllabary are also printed. The keyboard 6 is provided with key switches which arranged for each key and are turned on when pressed and off when released by the keys similarly to the keyboard of a general electronic musical instrument. Pitch information or sound length information is obtained according to the state of the key switch corresponding to a key when the key is pressed and character input information is also obtained. |
