PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprinkling unit for an air conditioner which is easily mounted in the upper part of an outdoor unit of a controller body. SOLUTION: The sprinkling unit for the air conditioner sprinkles or atomizes water on the heat exchanger of the outdoor unit. The sprinkling unit comprises a controller body installed in the upper part of the outdoor unit to control executing or stopping of sprinkling or atomizing of the water, a sprinkling sprayer for discharging the water controlled by the body, and a sprayer mounting member for fixing the sprayer. The body has a contact piece to be contacted with the end of the outdoor unit at the installing position of the outdoor unit.
