PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject agent capable of keeping freshness of foods and natural water, prevention of putrefaction, or increasing sugar content or taste, and excellent in functionality by imparting an effect of magnetic field to a mineral and antimicrobial agent. SOLUTION: This agent is obtained by imparting an effect of magnetic field to a mineral component composed of at least one type of mineral selected from the group consisting of feldspar, quartzite, andesite and clay-based ceramics, and antimicrobial agent, e.g. silver zeolite. It is preferable to modify a material by adding thereto the mineral and antimicrobial agent, and then imparting an effect of magnetic field to them. |
