PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, while it is necessary only to increase the packing density of metallic magnetic powder in order to increase the effective permeability of a molded body, when binder quantity is decreased, the deterioration of insulation performance or the insufficiency of strength is generated, and when a molding pressure is increased, the deterioration of the inter-particle insulation of metallic magnetic powder or the damage of the insulating coating of a coil is generated. SOLUTION: Hard amorphous alloy magnetic powder is mixed with Fe-Ni system alloy magnetic powder being ductile metallic powder to generate mixed magnetic powder, and the respective particles of the mixed magnetic powder are coated with thermosetting resin to generate complex magnetic materials. Then, an air-core coil is embedded in the powder of the complex magnetic materials, and pressurized, and thermally treated in inert gas atmosphere. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
