<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a switch from being damaged, by taking switching action when a larger current than the rated current of a device is flowing. <P>SOLUTION: A detector 28 detects a current which flows through a power supply path between switches 71 and 72 and an output terminal 5.
