摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inquiry management system and program which, even if a customer makes an inquiry over a plurality of fields, enable persons in charge of the plurality of fields to cooperate to review an answer. <P>SOLUTION: A product knowledge sharing server 100 creates a Web page containing an answer creation frame in which to input an answer to an inquiry from a customer or the like and a comment frame in which to input a comment on the answer. A client's terminal 150 displays the Web page and inputs an answer in the answer creation frame. Upon the input of the answer, the product knowledge sharing server 100 provides a field client terminal of a related field with a review Web page where the answer and a comment field are shown. The field client terminal displays the review Web page and inputs a comment in the comment field.
