<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surreptitious photographing act prevention system of a video camera which prevents surreptitious photographing in a theater, by using an RF tag. <P>SOLUTION: In a theater system, data recorded in an active RF tag of a camcorder 10 passing through an entrance gate 17a in a theater 12 are read by an RF tag reader 11a for storing into a tag information management server 14. A tag information database server 13 stores the newest information on the RF tag circulating in the market.
