PURPOSE:To reduce a mechanical loss (a power loss) and the leakage of a pressure fluid by forming one of a rotary sliding ring and a fixed sliding ring with a sintered alloy with a composition of at least molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, copper, and tantalum. CONSTITUTION:A power loss becomes a problem since the end face of a rotary sliding ring 42 is in surface contact with the end face of the projected wall 43a of a fixed sliding ring 43. In this case, however, a sintered alloy with a composition of molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, copper, and tantalum is used for the rotary sliding ring 42. Since the sintered alloy of this composition has a self-lubricating property, the friction coefficient on a sliding surface between the rotary sliding ring 42 formed with this alloy and the fixed sliding ring 43 can be reduced. Accordingly, the power loss can be lowered. Therefore, even with a design for reducing the leakage of a pressure fluid out of a seal part, any inconvenience such as increasing a mechanical loss, and the like, can be prevented.
