<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose capable of suppressing the adherence of nasty smell and taste to water from a shower hose and, at the same time, facilitating the operation of a shower without impairing flexibility of the hose. <P>SOLUTION: The tube for water/hot water supply is a double-layered tube consisting of at least an inside layer 1 and an outside layer 2, and a thermoplastic polyethylene resin is used as the inside layer having (the density to be 0.85 to 0.95 g/cm<SP>3</SP>) and an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer is used as the outside layer having (the stiffness to be 45 to 75 degrees).
