PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visualize in a short time a situation under which IT investments are made, thereby assisting a corporate manager, a system utilization department and a system management department in creating common understanding.

SOLUTION: An IT investment diagnosis support device that supports an investment diagnosis about an organization information system includes an input part 201 for accepting the input of information about the result of a questionnaire about an existing information system; an analysis part 202 (fitness-for-purpose analyzing part 204, an effectiveness analyzing part 205) that analyzes the fitness for purpose and the effectiveness of the existing information system on the basis of the information inputted by the input part 201 about the result of the questionnaire; and a display part 203 for displaying the result analyzed by the analysis part 202.
