A mounting structure of a display panel (200) on the cover (100) of a display device, wherein the display panel (200) comprises a plurality of mounting parts (210) having screw passing holes passed through the display panel (200) provided at the peripheral part thereof in the thickness direction and guide walls (230) formed so as to surround the screw passing holes on the cover (100) side of the display panel (200) and extending in the thickness direction of the display panel (200), the cover (100) is formed so that screws can be threaded therein correspondingly with the mounting parts (210) and a plurality of boss parts (300) vertically provided thereon so as to be extended in the thickness direction of the display panel (200) are provided on the cover (100), at least two guide members (330, 340) allowed to come into elastic contact with the guide walls (230) and elastically deformable in a direction crossing the axis of the boss parts (300) are formed integrally with the boss parts (300), and the screws passed through the screw passing holes of the mounting parts (210) are threaded into the boss parts (300) in the state of the guide members (330, 340) of the boss parts (300) being brought into elastic contact with the guide walls (230) of the mounting parts (210).
