PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for ink jet recording which is excellent in ink absorbing properties, drying properties and water resistance, enables attainment of an excellent image and, moreover, is excellent in the transparency of a recording layer. SOLUTION: An ink receiving layer containing polyvinyl pyrrolidone, a polyurethane resin emulsion, polyvinyl alcohol and/or modified polyvinyl alcohol and cationic resin is provided at least on one surface of a substrate. |
