PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bankbook issuing device capable of inserting a bankbook independently of its inserting direction. SOLUTION: The device is constituted of a printing mechanism for printing out entered data received from a host computer for managing customer information and executing transaction formation processing and two magnetic stripe heads A25, B26 arranged so as to read out/write data from/in a magnetic stripe formed on the cover of a bankbook P. The heads A25, B26 are point- symmetrically arranged on a plane and data are read out/written from/in the magnetic stripe by either one of the heads A25, B26. |
