PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously demonstrate the sterilizing effect and the deoxidizing effect of a head space, and to immediately demonstrate the deoxidizing effect by providing a deoxidizing agent on an inner surface of a cap of a container in which a beverage is filled, and penetrating a sterilizing agent in the deoxidizing agent. SOLUTION: A sheet-like or grain-like deoxidizing agent 3 is adhered to an inner surface of a cap 1 of a container 2 in which a sterilized beverage (d) to be filled. The deoxidizing agent 3 absorb water to demonstrate the deoxidizing effect. The beverage (d) is filled in the container 2 by spraying the mist- like sterilizing agent 4 above the deoxidizing agent 3 to give humidity to the deoxidizing agent 3, and immediately after the cap 1 is closed, both the sterilizing effect and the effect to deoxidize oxygen in a head space HS can be simultaneously demonstrated. Hydrogen peroxide having strong oxidizing performance is used for the sterilizing agent 4.
