PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately generate interpolation signals for linearly interpolating a pair of signals provided with a phase difference. SOLUTION: A pair of the input signals of a different phase difference are respectively supplied through the inverter 11a and resistor 11b of a first circuit block 11 to the respective inverters 43 and 45 and the respective input signals are inputted to the respective inverters 12a of a common second circuit block 12. The output of the respective inverters 12a is supplied to the inverter 44 altogether. The speed of the signals propagated from the respective first circuit block 11 to the inverters 43 and 45 and the speed of the signals propagated from the second circuit block 12 to the inverter 44 are controlled by the respective resistors 11b and 12b. |
