PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air pole for a solid electrolyte type fuel cell with a mall polarization, even at a low temperature and with good long-term stability. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for an air pole is such that an oxide power body having a composition of (A1-x Bx )(C1-y Dy )O(3+δ) , a material including element E, and a material including Ce are mixed and fired to mix particles (A1-x Bx )(C1-y Dy )O(3+δ) and CeO2 system fine particles Ce1-x Ex O(2-δ) in a well dispersed condition. Ce1-x Ex O(2-δ) is contained within a range of 0.5 to 50 wt.%, A is a combination of one or two or more from among La, Y, Sm, Gd, Pr, Ca, B is a combination of one or two or more from among Sr, Ba, Ca, C is a combination of one or two or more among Mn, Co, Ce, D is a combination of one or two or more among Cr, Ni, Mg, Zr, Ce, Fe, Al, E is a combination of one or two or more from among Ca, Y, Sm, Gd, La, Mg, Sc, Nd, Yb, Pr, Pb, Sr, Eu, Dy, Ba, Be, and 0<=x<=0.50, 0<=y<=0.50. |
