THE CONTROL APPARATUS FOR OPENING AND SHUTTING EQUIPMENT OF THE THERMAL COVER FOR A GREENHOUSE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

A control apparatus for open-and-close device of a heat-retaining cover of a plastic greenhouse(vinyl house) and its control method are provided to prevent the false operation of the open-and-close device and overload by successively setting an operation starting point of each vinyl house. A control apparatus comprises: a rotating shaft(10) installed in the horizontal direction at the upper end of a vinyl house and mounted with a take-up drum(12) at regular intervals and a coupling member with a permanent magnet; a gear box(20) connected to the distal end of the rotating shaft and transferring powder of a DC motor(40) to the rotating shaft by getting the rotating shaft and DC motor to cross at right angles; a control panel installed at front of the gear box and controlling a magnetic sensor for detecting the rotation frequency of the rotating shaft by detecting the change of a magnetic force of the permanent magnet and controlling the operation of the DC motor by the set rotation frequency; and a DC motor to allow normal and reverse rotation of the rotating shaft.
