PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing DNA by RAPD method, by which all individuals of analysis targets can perfectly be identified. SOLUTION: One or more primers are selected so that a primer individual- identifying ability calculated by the expression (1): P=[f1/n, (n-f1)/n]max×[f2/ n, (n-f2)n]max×...×[fm/n, (n-fm)/n]max, or the product of the individual- identifying abilities of each primer becomes <1/X with respect to X individuals of DNA analysis targets, and the DNA is then analyzed by RAPD method. |
