<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extracting reaction assistant for waste rubber, waste tires and oils contributing to low-temperature energy and energy saving techniques of wastes, etc., simultaneously suppressing heat energy used in a pyrolysis reaction, etc., and energy necessary for cooling thereof and carrying out production of a liquid fuel and coke from the wastes at an ultralow temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A mixed synthetic material of CH<SB>2</SB>Cl<SB>2</SB>(dichloromethane) with C<SB>4</SB>H<SB>8</SB>O (tetrahydrofuran) is used as the reaction assistant for the waste tires, waste rubber, etc., in a pyrolysis treatment stage.
