摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system which can raise the temperature of a battery device, using a converter enabling voltage conversion between the battery device and a load device and a battery section connected to the load device in parallel with the converter, and to provide a vehicle equipped with the power system. <P>SOLUTION: During the temperature rise control of the battery device 6, a converter ECU 2 controls the converter 8 so that power can be received between the battery device 6 and the battery section 7 via a main positive bus line MPL and a main negative bus line MNL. More specifically, when a voltage value Vh reaches a first voltage value, the converter ECU 2 sets the target voltage of the converter 8 to a second voltage value lower than the first voltage value; and when the voltage value Vh reaches the second voltage value, the converter ECU 2 set the target voltage of the converter 8 to the first voltage value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
