<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial discharge diagnosis device of a gas-insulated device capable of diagnosing accurately generation of a partial discharge in a metal tank without being influenced by noise, even when detecting unspecified noise from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a first vibration sensor 2 for detecting mechanical vibration 16 generated by the partial discharge in the metal tank 11 of the gas-insulated device and noise from the outside, a second vibration sensor 3 for detecting the noise from the outside, and a determination part 4 for determining generation of the partial discharge based on the difference between outputs from both sensors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
