PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent divergence of hot air including an odor and to improve environmental hygiene and safety of work, by equipping a temperature sensor to turn on at different temperatures onto an exhaust circuit and communicating an ejector to an ozone generator of a pneumatic system to supply clean air into a can. SOLUTION: When a sterilizing process is completed and an object is moved to an exhaust process, an exhaust valve 103 is operated, generated gas starts flowing out, pressure and temperature in a can is lowered time elapses, and temperature of the exhaust gas also lowers. Then, a temperature sensor is turned on and, when the temperature further lowers, another temperature sector 11 is turned on and an activating circuit of a pneumatic system is formed to activate an air pump 3, an air supply valve 6, and an ozone generator 9. Simultaneously, ozonized air mixed in an ejector 8 is supplied via an air supply circuit 2 into the can during exhausting. At the time, gas generated in the can is deodorized by the deodorizing action of ozonized air and the inside of the can is substituted by deodorized clean air. |
