<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting plug capable of maintaining the quality of a content at a high level for a long period of time by avoiding an effect of oxygen. <P>SOLUTION: A tubular container is equipped with a head 1 forming a spout for the content, and a barrel 2 with its one side connected to the head 1 and the other being tightly attached by heat seal to form a filling space M for the content therein.
