In a TCP handler (2), a carrier tape (5) whereupon a plurality of alignment marks (52) are put for each prescribed TCP is used. The TCP handler tries image recognition of a first alignment mark (521) relating to the TCP by a camera (6b) so as to specify position information of the TCP to be tested. When the image recognition of the first alignment mark (521) is not made, image recognition of other alignment marks (522-524) is successively tried so as to recognize the image of one of the alignment marks (52). |
