PURPOSE:To improve dielectric strength by using a material having a higher permittivity than that of an insulating sheet for a stuffing in a winding end part so as to alleviate concentration of an electric field into an edge of a metallic sheet and an edge plane of the insulating sheet near the metallic sheet edge. CONSTITUTION:An end part of a winding formed by laminating and winding a metallic sheet 4a and an insulating sheet 4b is stuffed with an end part stuffing 8b having a high permittivity. A difference in permittivity between the sheet 4b and the stuffing 8b restrains the extension toward the stuffing 8b side of an equipotential plane 9 coming out to the end part from the sheet 4a. Accordingly, concentration of an electric field into an edge of the sheet 4a and an edge plane of the sheet 4b near the sheet 4a edge is alleviated. Thus, the dielectric strength can be improved.
