A method for preparing the seasoning component from marine product, and the seasoning component prepared by the method are provided to allow the seasoning component to be extracted with high yield. A method for preparing the seasoning component from marine product comprises the steps of adding water to the ground marine product, and treating it with ultrasonic wave of 20-100 kHz to extract the seasoning component; and sterilizing the extracted one.
