A mobile teaching material and a learning method thereof are provided to develop a tactile sensation by stimulating a color sense about a strong color displayed on a rough surface of a teaching material. A mobile member(100) is made of various angles figure, and is integrally comprised of a balance bar member and a hanging member. A surface of the mobile member is made of material of rough sensation. A pattern stamping member(110) includes a first pattern stamping member(120) and a second pattern member(130), and is made of urethane or tight sponge. The first pattern stamping member is thicker than the second pattern stamping member. The first pattern stamping member and the second pattern stamping member paint the surface of the mobile member. A dyestuff member(160) is made of an acrylic dyestuff, an oil dyestuff, and a distemper. |
