A lubricating device for an engine for a vehicle is provided to maintain the oil supply pressure of each main bearing journal evenly and to lubricate smoothly between each main bearing journal and a crankshaft by changing an oil path supplied to each main bearing journal. A lubricating device for an engine for a vehicle comprises an oil pump(10) inhaling the oil stored in an oil fan into an oil strainer and conveying to each friction portion of an engine, and an oil filter(11) filtering impurities among the oil conveyed to each friction portion of the engine by the oil pump to be supplied, wherein a first supply pipe(110) is installed to the oil pump to be connected with a chain tensioner(40), and a third supply pipe(120) is connected between the chain tensioner and one end of a main gallery(100) provided with a first main bearing journal(21), so that the oil pumped by the oil pump is supplied to the first supply pipe and filtered through the oil filter, and then supplied to the chain tensioner and a chain jet and flew in the main gallery through the third supply pipe.
