摘要 An oil leak prevention structure for a T-joint of an engine cylinder is provided to prevent the leakage of oil in a T-joint by maintaining vertical adhesion property against the step height caused by thermal load and machining tolerance with a structure for sealing a horizontal adhesion portion and a vertical adhesion portion dually when injecting sealant. In an oil leak prevention structure for a T-joint of an engine cylinder for preventing the leakage of oil in a T-joint by injecting sealant to a T-joint where a cylinder head, a cylinder block(3) and a chain cover(5) of an engine meet, a horizontal adhesion portion and a horizontal adhesion portion(C) are formed on the T-joint by changing the shape of one part among components of the T-joint, and in case of injecting sealant to the horizontal adhesion portion, the injected sealant to the horizontal adhesion portion flows down a vertical adhesion portion(D) to be sealed to form a double sealing structure, so that vertical adhesion property is maintained to prevent the leakage of oil when the step height occurs by thermal load and machining tolerance.
