An apparatus for blocking power supply of a vehicle is provided to operate an airbag normally by preventing fire hazards due to spark when the vehicle collides. An apparatus for blocking power supply of a vehicle comprises the followings: a power input and output terminals(110,120) separated each other, a rotating body(200) connecting or separating the power input and the output terminal according to a rotation angle, and mounted between the power input and the output terminal pivotally; a sensing unit(400) generating a collision signal after detecting collision of the vehicle; and a driving unit(300) rotating the rotating body when the collision signal is applied from the sensing unit.
