<p>The piezo actuator (1) has a multilayer structure of piezo elements (2) with piezo layers between inner electrodes (3,4). The inner electrodes are charged alternatively with a different polarity of an electric voltage in a direction of the layer structure of the piezo actuators. A planar separating layer (6) with coatings is arranged in predetermined areas (7,8) at predetermined positions of the layer structures between the piezo elements. The coatings are arranged at the contacting of the inner electrodes. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a piezo actuator.</p> |
