PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, an information processor, and an information processing method capable of specifying proper automobile identification information from a license plate image.SOLUTION: A program makes an image processor 2 execute processing to an image of a license plate of a vehicle. The program calculates a first ratio between the number of pixels of a specified first continuous distribution and the number of pixels of a second continuous distribution, determines whether the calculated first ratio lies within a predetermined first range, calculates a second ratio between the number of pixels of a specified second continuous distribution and the number of pixels of a third continuous distribution, determines whether the calculated second ratio lies within a predetermined second range, and makes the image processor 2 execute processing for dividing a binarized license plate image on the basis of positions of the specified first and third continuous distributions when determining that the calculated second ratio lies within the predetermined second range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
