PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep determining apparatus in which it is suppressed that erroneous determination as sleep condition is made on a person under a wakeful state on a bed tool.SOLUTION: A sleep determining apparatus 1 comprises: a first determining part 25 determining at every first determination time TJ1 whether a person A on a bed tool is under a motionless state in wakeful state AW or under a resting state Q1 in sleep state SL based on motion number Nm calculated by a motion number calculation part 24; a storing part 21 storing resting state determination result RJ by the first determining part 25; a second determining part 26 which determines that the person A on the bed tool is under the sleep state SL in a case where resting ratio Hr is sleep state determination value ThS or more. The resting ratio Hr is ratio of the number of times of situation where it is determined by the first determining part 25 that the person on the bed tool is under resting state Q1 relatively to the total number of the resting state determination result RJ by the first determining part 25 stored in the storing part 21 during second determination time TJ2 longer than the first determination time TJ1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
